For the first time in Romania, we offer the most efficient constructive system of wooden houses. Entirely manufactured in the factory on numerical control machines, from I Joist wooden beams, packed, numbered and delivered to the beneficiary's location.

Here are the main stages.

The architecture project - much simpler than you knew - maximum 3 days

Choose a ready-made project from the offer of our partner www.archipelag.pl. You have over 300 models, from small and charming houses of up to 80-100 m2 to extremely current modern projects of over 200-250 m2.
We assure you that you will find a project suitable for your needs. The projects have all the mentioned details, plans, description, prices.
The projects are in a special graphic version, the choice of a project is simplified, you have the possibility to visualize tens, hundreds of projects, without effort. I have attached some projects for example. They are up to modern nZEB or passive house standards

















The technical design and execution of the structure - completed in a maximum of 30 days
Based on the architectural project, our technical department prepares the technical resistance project. Based on this project, the required I Joist beams are generated from which the resistance structure of the house is created. The beams are cut to the lengths and angles provided in the project.

See in the attached project the type and number of beams, the OSB connection pieces between the beams, the parts for fastening the foundation structure, the hearing elements. Everything is prefabricated in the factory, nothing is charged on site, zero material loss and extremely simplified work. You can install the structure yourself, we can second you or we can recommend a team of builders. Watch the installation videos to see how simple it is. In most films, the beneficiaries assemble the structure themselves.

All beams have EU certifications and are at a cost level below most European manufacturers. 







The operation of integral prefabrication of the structure in the factory is the most efficient way of construction. It saves installation time on the construction site, ensures a rigorous cutting of all the elements of the structure, there are no additional losses. It is paid per linear meter of prefabricated beam. The beams are manufactured individually, they are not cut from 2, 3 or 4 m beams, implicitly there are no scraps, losses, additional costs.

Loading and delivery of the structure - maximum one week
All I Joist beams are packed in protective film and are prepared for loading and transport to the beneficiary's location




Downloading and preparing for installation
Transport is done by trucks at the beneficiary's location. Unloading can be done with a forklift or manually. the beams are marked and packed in parcels.




The actual assembly of the structure

The assembly of the structure is extremely simplified. Many of the beneficiaries choose to do the installation themselves, the beams being laid at the heights and angles provided in the project. Nothing needs to be cut, cut or adjusted on site. Zero losses and reduced labor.

The installation is done with the help of the connecting parts, made of OSB delivered in the home KIT package. Absolutely nothing needs to be adjusted, cut or cut on site. The installation can be done directly by the final beneficiary.







Completion of the structure.

After the assembly of the structure, the other constructive phases are approached: the wrapping of the structure, the insulation, the installations, the insulation and the finishes. For all these phases, we have in our portfolio sustainable and high-performance products at a competitive price level.
